You buy the products that promise to help you do that as long as you ‘follow a calorie controlled diet’ etc. but that weight is just not shifting and your cravings and urges to eat won’t go away.

Well, have you ever thought that it might not be your fault?

We live in a society where processed food is readily available and we’re bombarded from every angle with clever advertising and marketing that pushes us into buying it.

Unfortunately, this processed food isn’t really what our bodies need. In many ways it’s just what our bodies don’t need which is why we gain weight and have cravings that might lead to binges.

We’re seduced by clever packaging, advertising and marketing into believing that what we’re buying is going to help us to lose weight or allow us to eat healthily.
